Osho Fragrance Meditation Retreat Guide

Welcome to Meditation retreats inspired by the teachings of Osho.

The retreats offer an opportunity to step away from the routines of daily life and explore inner silence, awareness, and joyful living.

Whether you are new to meditation or already on a spiritual journey, the programs are designed to support inner growth, relaxation, and self-discovery.

Osho Fragrance is a meditation initiative that organizes retreats and awareness programs inspired by the teachings of Osho.

The vision is to help individuals:

  • Discover their true inner nature
  • Experience meditation – state of relaxed awareness
  • Live life with greater joy, love, and mindfulness

Programs are guided by Swami Shailendra Saraswati and Ma Amrit Priya, along with trained facilitators.

A meditation retreat is more than a workshop or training program. It is an immersive experience that allows participants to slow down, become present, and explore awareness in everyday activities.

The retreat environment encourages:

  • Openness and curiosity
  • Non-judgmental awareness
  • Personal reflection and inner observation
  • Supportive and respectful community interaction

Participants are encouraged to approach the retreats with a spirit of exploration rather than expectation.

Some retreats organized by Osho Fragrance:

  • Freedom From Loneliness Retreat
  • Self-Realization Retreat
  • Kundalini Awakening Retreat
  • Four Pillars of Osho’s Temple (based on Reverence towards Life, Love, Meditation & Godliness)
  • Nirvaan Retreat
  • Osho Geeta Retreat
  • Freedom From Fear Retreat
  • Mid-brain Activation (For Kids)
  • Self-Hypnosis Retreat

Most retreats typically last six days, although shorter programs are also offered.

A retreat is a sacred pause from the noise and busyness of everyday life— a space to reconnect with yourself, experience deep inner silence, and awaken to a higher awareness.

Each day unfolds through a series of meditation sessions, enlightening discourses, and supportive activities that gently guide you inward.

Participants are introduced to meditation techniques including:

  • Silent meditation
  • Active meditation techniques
  • Breathing-awareness practices
  • Listening to the Divine sound—Omkar
  • Music, celebration, and devotional expression

These practices help release accumulated stress, dissolve emotional blockages, and open the door to deeper clarity, peace, and joy.

The day often begins with Dynamic Meditation, a powerful cathartic process designed to clear suppressed emotions.

Interactive Q&A sessions provide nurturing support, while Osho Milan Sandhya offers celebration, divine connection, music, and silence.

A retreat is not just a program— it is an opportunity to rediscover your true nature and carry the fragrance of meditation into everyday life.

Facilitators offer talks, discourses, question and answer sessions, and discussions to help participants better understand meditation and self-awareness.

These sessions provide insights into meditation techniques, awareness, and personal transformation.

Quiet time is included in the schedule for:

  • Reflecting on meditation experiences
  • Connecting with Nature
  • Writing in a personal journal
  • Rest and relaxation

These quiet moments often allow deeper insights and clarity to emerge naturally.

The schedule is designed to support the meditation process, so arriving on time and attending sessions regularly is recommended.

During meditation you may experience:

  • Deep relaxation
  • Emotional release
  • Increased awareness
  • Moments of silence and clarity

All experiences are natural aspects of the meditation process.

There is no need to compare your experience with others.

Osho created many meditation methods designed especially for modern life.

Unlike traditional meditation that begins with silent sitting, many Osho techniques start with active stages that help release physical and emotional tension before entering silence.

These stages may include:

  • Movement
  • Breathing
  • Emotional expression
  • Sound or mantra
Popular Techniques
  • Dynamic Meditation
  • Kundalini Meditation
  • Nadabrahma Meditation
  • Gourishankar Meditation
  • Natraj Dhyan
  • Shiv-Netra Dhyan
  • Keertan Dhyan
  • Vipassana Dhyan
  • Chakra Sound Meditation
  • No-Mind Meditation

Most meditation sessions last about 1 hour and 45 minutes and include multiple stages of activity and silence.

One of the most well-known meditation techniques developed by Osho.

This meditation typically includes five stages:

  • Rapid chaotic breathing
  • Emotional catharsis
  • Jumping with mantra HOO
  • Silent observation
  • Celebration or dance

Dynamic Meditation is usually practiced in the morning.

A powerful evening meditation that includes:

  • Shaking or body movement
  • Free dancing
  • Listening outer music with awareness
  • Resting and listening inner music with awareness

This technique helps release accumulated tension from the body and mind.

A gentle meditation involving humming and subtle hand movements that help harmonize inner energy.

Gradually the seeker starts listening the divine melody of existence, which is real Nada-Brahma.

A breathing-based meditation technique that leads to deep relaxation and inner silence, bringing energy to the third eye.

This includes looking at light, followed by Latihan and silence.

A technique that involves expressive gibberish followed by silent witnessing.

This technique uses specific sounds and vibrations to gently awaken and harmonize the body’s seven energy centres.

By allowing sound to resonate within each chakra, suppressed emotions can dissolve and blocked energy begins to flow freely and naturally upward.

This meditation creates a deep sense of balance and relaxation while increasing awareness of the body’s subtle energies.

As the chakras come into harmony, participants often experience:

  • Greater clarity
  • Emotional release
  • Inner alignment
  • Enhanced well-being
  • Deep energetic awareness
